Saint John Mavropous is one of the most prolific Byzantine hymnographers, the genre practiced by him at the time at its peak.

Zoe Dumitrescu-Bușulenga (Mother Benedicta) considered among the most beautiful creations of universal literature. Also, a canon of humility to the Mother of God is kept in Molitfelnic
