On each product page you will find information about availability:
1. In Stock - product available;
2. In order - the product can be purchased on order. Delivery will be communicated by telephone;
3. Not available - the product is not available. In this case, we can recommend similar products or you can obtasin information about the date when the product will available again, using one of the contact manners provided.
For each product in our stock, there are a limited number of pieces. To be as real as possible and to eliminate a large percentage of errors, the update of the stock is performed daily.
Is is possible to change or cancel the orders?
It is possible to change or cancel by request the orders within 24 hours of their performance, exception are the cases in which the order has already been shipped. Cancellation can be made by phone at no. 0232/242248.
Damaged books can be returned?
If you received a defective printed book or damaged during transport, we assume these defects on our responsibility and change the product or return its value. In this case, please contact us via e-mail (email@example.com) or telephone number 0232/242248 within 48 hours of receiving the package, and our staff responsible for storage and distribution will explain you in detail the procedure. Any subsequent complaint cannot be resolved positively.
How soon will I get my money back after the return is made?
Money may return within 30 days from the receipt of the product by edituradoxologia.ro either in a bank account indicated by you or by postal order. In the case of the postal order, the postal taxes will be supported by the client.
If the payment was made online by credit card, the refund will be in that account.
HOW are orders processed?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, without exceeding 2 working days from the time that the order has been placed. Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received and only if the products ar in stock. Although each title’s availability is checked and updated daily on the site, there is still the possibility of commanding an aut of stock title. In this case, when we process your order you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to confirm the cancellation or partial delivery of the order.
The status of each order (under processing, delivered) can be viewed by logging in your account in the "order status" section.
In special situations (peak periods, holidays etc.) there may be delays in the operations of processing and delivery of orders. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
When is my order delivered?
Processing and sending books are made within 8 working hours from the order, if all the books ordered are in stock.
The time of delivery will vary depending on the type of delivery chosen:
Fast delivery (Dragon Star Curier – http://curierdragonstar.ro): within 2 working days from the order confirmation.
Romanian post: Shipment arrives within 5 working days at the post office to which you are subordinated. Normally the post will notify you to be present at the post office with your ID in order to pick up the package.
How do I return a product/an order?
On editura.doxologia.ro, you have 30 calendar days to request the return of the products, the cost of transport courier being paid by you. If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return the product and we will refund the money or you can use the money from the refund to buy another product.
The return of products can be made only after prior notification of the Publisher and after receiving the answer from our side.
In what conditions can I return the products?
In any case the return of the products, they must be in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer in original packaging with tags intact and with all documents which accompanied it (fiscal receipt, invoice etc.). Returned products must be in the same condition as in the first: no flaws (except the hidden flaws and defects already signaled by the Client in the correspondence with firstname.lastname@example.org).
Printed books must not show signs of wear, stains, scratches, torn pages, bent or damaged by watering, burning etc. and not used accessories that were accompanied (eg. unsealing the CD that accompanies the book etc.).
Books may be returned only foiled.
Digital products (ebooks) are exempt from normal return as these are considered services by legislation.
If the return was denied for one of the reasons listed above or if the client sent the book / books without the prior acknowledgment by return, the transport costs will be onto the buyer's expense.
Products purchased within certain promotions or special offers can be returned only during the availability period of those promotions or special offers.
The products ordered as a set should be returned in the same form.
