"Christ, being born of the Virgin, honored both the lawful birth and the wise virginity. For it is also the birth of lawlessness and foolish virginity to some, as the Holy Gospel says. Christ is born of the Virgin without blemish above the word and of mind, to abolish the uselessness of the wicked birth and the absurdity of the mad virginity Christ The Creator Is born with the body of the created being, to make new His aged creature and renewing it, to bring it back to the original worthiness. "Above the heavens, being born today from the earth from the Virgin to Bethlehem, those of us who fell into the lowest pit of perishing passions and into the chambers of hell, from there he saved us as a Merciful One."
