In memory of the barefoot child
His Beatitude told with tears in his eyes about his childhood life, about how he walked barefoot and how his rugs and skulls scratched him, about his quarrels, which he loved, and about the path his life took, without ever being ashamed. that he had peasant parents and illiterates, but also without boasting about what he had accomplished. He always said that only God enabled him to carry out that mission of pastor of the Romanian Orthodox Church until the end of his life as a traveler on this earth.
