Once, at the beginning of this century, Father Toader, from the Church of Our Lady in Bucharest, placed in my hand, for research, a box for photographic paper, without identity. Inside, layers of shards belonging to 18 x 24cm negatives overlapped, made with a professional camera. Under the rubble, several photographic plates had survived intact. I recognized among them images that had served in 1942 the Byzantine I.D. Ștefănescu for illustrating his study on the Church of Our Lady, published in one of the last issues - before the communist suppression - of the Bulletin of the Historical Monuments Commission.

Delivery Methods

When you register your order, you can also choose how you want it to be delivered to you. The delivery time of our products ordered online is between 24 and 72 hours, if the stock is available.

Delivery by courier

Your order will arrive within 1-2 business days from the time the parce lis given to the courier.

Delivery by Romanian Post

If you have registered the order until 14:00, you will be able to pick your order within 3-5 working days from your local post office.

Personal pickup from our office is also available, in the precincts of Golia monastery (Iasi, str. Cuza Voda, no. 51), by a confirmation made at the number 0232/242248.

In the case of applying additional shipping taxes (if the package is to be delivered by fast courier in a location unspecified in the list of the courier. Refer the list at http://curierdragonstar.ro/locatii/), they will be communicated before the order is delivered.

To pay for your order from http://editura.doxologia.ro you have the following options:

Cash on delivery;
Online payment using VISA or Mastercard;
Money order;
Transfer via Internet Banking

1. Cash on delivery

The order will be paid in full either to the delivery agent or to the Post Office, depending on where the delivery was done; the bill will also include the shipping fee; the currency is “Romanian lei (RON)”.

2. Online payment using a credit card

The online payment is completely secure and can be done using a personal or a company credit card. We accept VISA and MATERCARD.

There is no additional fee for transactions.

To ensure the security of the transactions, editura.doxologia.ro uses NETOPIA mobilPay platform.

To successfully finalize the transaction, you have to complete the necessary data for the authorization of the transaction on the NETOPIA mobilPay page.

If the card is associated to an account in other currency than RON (lei), the transaction will be carried out according to the exchange rate of the bank that issued the card.

The card processing is done exclusively through NETOPIA mobilPay platform.

editura.doxologia.ro doesn’t ask for and doesn’t store any of your card details.

3. Money order

A proforma invoice will be issued and will be e-mailed or faxed to the customer. The delivery will be done after the payment confirmation, into the account mentioned below. The order can be shipped to the customer or it can be picked up from our premises after the payment was received into the Doxologia Publisher’s account.

4. Transfer via Internet Banking

You can use your own bank’s internet banking to make the payment, just as in a regular bank transfer. The bank transfer will be made based on a proforma invoice issued by us, and the delivery terms are the same as the ones mentioned above.

en - Deoarece intenţia noastră este deplina dvs. satisfacţie atunci când achiziţionaţi produse de pe site-ul www.edituradoxologia.ro, Editura Doxologia respectă prevederile Legii 51/2003 pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei Guvernului nr. 130/2000 privind regimul juridic al contractelor la distanţă, lege ce conferă cumpărătorului (numai în condiţiile actului normativ menţionat) dreptul să notifice în scris comerciantul că renunţă la cumpărare, fără penalităţi şi fără invocarea unui motiv, în termen de 10 zile lucrătoare de la primirea produsului sau, în cazul prestărilor de servicii de la încheierea contractului. Singurele costuri care pot cădea în sarcina consumatorului sunt cheltuielile directe de returnare a produselor. În cazul exercitării dreptului de denunţare unilaterală a contractului de către consumător în condiţiile mai sus menţionate, comerciantul are obligaţia să ramburseze sumele plătite de consumator fără a-i solicita acestuia cheltuielile aferente rambursării sumelor. Rambursarea sumelor se va face în cel mult 30 de zile de la data denunţării contractului de către consumator.

Returnarea produselor se va face pe cheltuiala clientului, în ambalajul original şi doar dacă acestea nu au suferit deteriorări, urmând să primească în termen de 30 de zile de la denunţarea unilaterală formulată în scris (document semnat de cumpărător şi transmis electronic sau prin poştă cu confirmare de primire) contravaloarea comenzii. După returnarea acestora în aceeaşi stare în care au fost primite, ne angajăm să livrăm contravaloarea produselor sau altele în schimb, conform notificării.
Editura Doxologia are dreptul ca atunci când consideră că acţiunile clientului au fost de rea-voinţă să solicite acestuia daune interese, în condiţiile legislaţiei în vigoare. De asemenea, Editura Doxologia îşi rezervă dreptul, ca în astfel de situaţii, să refuze ulterior onorarea oricăror alte comenzi ale clientului.
Orice reclamaţie privind starea produselor livrate la clienţi va fi adusă la cunoştinţa firmei noastre în maximum 24 de ore de la primirea acestora, telefonic sau prin e-mail la adresele de contact de pe site.

În cazul în care produsele nu se pot livra sau integritatea le este afectată pe parcursul livrării, clientul poate cere returnarea sumelor încasate deja de Editura Doxologia, dar nu şi despăgubiri suplimentare. Valoarea maxima a obligaţiilor companiei noastre faţă de orice client în cazul nelivrării sau a livrării necorespunzătoare a unui colet/produs este valoarea sumei încasate de la client pentru respectiva comandă.
